Science Is True Whether We Believe Or Not – So Is The Unseen God’s Religion
“The good thing about science is
that it’s true whether or not you believe in it”. – Neil deGrasse Tyson.
The same
principle applies precisely to God and His divine scriptures, with the final
revelation being the Holy Koran. God has spoken, and it is through the unique
faculty that distinguishes us from all other species—our remarkable
intellect—that we are able to comprehend His message. This extraordinary gift
of reason allows us to perceive signs, deduce truths, infer meanings, and
arrive at conclusions. Unlike a mind that demands physical proof to believe,
the enlightened intellect finds strength in the principle that believing
is seeing, guided by rational inquiry, sound argumentation, and logical
reasoning.
God
engages with us through our intellectual faculties, taking pride in addressing
us through reason and understanding. In turn, we should honor this divine gift
by employing our intellect not only to believe in what we see but to recognize
truth through the compelling force of reasoned argument.
Koran (38:29):
“It is a blessed book which We have revealed to you [O Prophet] so that people
ponder on its verses and so that those endowed with intellect are reminded by
it.”
